8:00 Pace – Quick Update

So far I am loving running faster!  I just completed a 10 Miler at 8:00 pace, a PR for me at that distance!!  I will be trying 11 miles next Sunday and am curious to see just how far I can go at this new pace with my current level of conditioning.

So 35 miles this week, all at 8:00 pace and I feel great!  Cool
