Breathing Pattern

No, this is not a new dance step Tongue out  Below is a breathing pattern that finally clicked for me today:

This morning I was able to finish my 6 mile run very strong (around 7:30 pace) using this technique.  Also, as noted, by exhaling when my left foot hits the ground my side stitches have gone away Cool

Please note: This is what works for me.  What works for you?

Wow I have never had to think about it, so maybe I do it naturally or my body just adjusts. Obviously you have to stick with what works for you.

Man this technique worked very well for me. I was breathing wrong before I tried this and suffering before I finished my 1st mile but since I’ve been practicing this I was able to get myself up to 3 miles now. And yes I am aware that this sounds like a testimonial for the ShamWow.

I am glad it has helped you out. It is continuing to work for me as well :)
