Chi Running Begins

So based on my very limited on knowledge on Chi Running (I’m on half way through the book) I tried applying some techniques from the book on this mornings run.  And guess what?  I smoked it!  7 miles at a 7:40 pace – a new PR!

More importantly, I felt alot less tired and sore.  It seemed like my body was working alot less than it normally does.

I may be on to something here…
