So the Hamptons Marathon is only 4 days away! I am both extremely excited and nervous. I am in the middle of my taper week and it feels weird to not be running everyday, but I do feel well rested. I will be running an easy 4 tomorrow (Wednesday) and an easy 2 on Friday. Then a HARD 26.2 on Saturday
I would really like to be under 4 hours, but we’ll see how I feel at the half way marker. I may go for it, or ease up a bit. Either way, its going to be a great time and I will tell you all about it.
